A-musing idea!

There are fashion collaborations, and then there are fashion and beauty matches made in heaven.

Salon Projects launched the first of nine art exhibitions planned for the Regent Place Hair & Urban Spa in London on Monday night. But what exactly do hairdressing and the art world have in common? We headed to the gorgeous central London salon to find an eclectic mix of artists who know how to celebrate the best of their work – in style. The exhibition’s artist, Jasmine Pradissitto, had a phenomenal rapport with the guests, and her kinetic paintings, displayed under the banner A Notion of Line, certainly inspired the salon’s stylists – among them Charley McEwen, who’s styled the past two series of Strictly Come Dancing shows.

A Notion of Line runs until October 10. Alternatively, draw inspiration for next season’s sculpted styles from Peter Burke’s bronzed sculpture, Man Made, unveiling at Regent Place Hair & Urban Spa on October 13. Go get inspired!
